Once your date availability has been confirmed, we’ll begin with a relaxed, no-obligation conversation. An opportunity to connect, ask questions, and quietly explore whether I’m the right fit for your celebration.

When you’re ready to proceed, your date is secured with a signed agreement and deposit. From here, you’ll receive a considered questionnaire, designed to gently guide the direction of your ceremony.

Around three to four months before your wedding, we’ll meet again to complete your Notice of Intended Marriage and spend time getting to know you more deeply—your story, your connection, and the moments that have shaped your journey.

In the lead-up to your day, we’ll reconnect to ensure everything feels seamless and aligned. You’ll have the option to review your ceremony script, or leave it in my hands for a more natural, unfolding experience. Final details are confirmed, and your balance is settled.

On the day, I arrive early to prepare the space and liaise with your vendor team, ensuring everything is in place with care. I’ll welcome your guests, hold the space, and deliver your ceremony with a calm, considered presence, allowing you to remain fully immersed in the moment.

Following your celebration, I attend to the legal lodgement of your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages. Your official certificate will then be issued and arrive by post.
